Service Disclaimer and Payment Policy

Please note that our standard cleaning services do not include cleaning of garages, pantries, or bedroom closets. These areas are considered outside the scope of our regular service package.

Additional Services and Charges:

  • Baseboards Cleaning: This is available for an additional charge of $75.00 per floor of the house.
  • Garages and Sheds: Please be advised that we do not offer cleaning services for garages or sheds.

Deposit and Payment Terms:

A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is required to secure your appointment. This can be paid via Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal.

The remainder of the payment must be completed within 30 minutes of the completion of the service. Failure to do so may result in legal action.

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional cleaning services, we highly recommend our clients to provide a video walkthrough or send images of the areas they wish to be cleaned to [email protected]. This enables us to understand your specific needs and prepare accordingly, ensuring a thorough and efficient cleaning experience.

Alternatively, we also offer the option to set up a walk-through appointment. To facilitate optimal scheduling and preparation, we kindly request that these appointments be arranged at least three days in advance of the actual cleaning appointment.
